Equus Management Group is looking for a full-time Licensed Community Manager or Provisional Community Manager to join our family at our Reno Office Location. The perfect candidate is outgoing, a multitasker, and enjoys a fun and a fast paced environment.
This position requires the candidate to currently hold either a Community Association Manager license or a Provisional Community Association Manager license.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Manage the day to day responsibilities of the association
- Have knowledge of NRS116 and how to read and understand the governing documents of an association.
- Documenting and maintaining records
- Preparing, and overseeing expense and future budgeting
- Plan and schedule appointments with Owners, Board, and contractors
- Communicating any issues of services to the contractor
- Answer E-mails in a timely manner
- Property tour inspections per contract
- Meet with Vendors on-site
- Prepare and Mail Agendas and other documents in a timely manner per NRS116
- Prepare and distribute Board Packets to the Board in a timely manner
- Input and send violation letters
- Fill out all state forms require by NRS
- Attend and take minutes of board meetings
- Maintain and monitor accounts for delinquencies
- Act as liaison between the Board and all vendors for the community
- Arrange all meeting dates and locations as approved by the Board of Directors
- Handle all correspondence and phone calls for all communities
- Provide the best possible customer service to all owners and Board Members in all communities
