Equus Management Group is looking for a part-time Lodge Attendant to join our family at our Sierra Canyon Location. The perfect candidate is outgoing, a multitasker, and enjoys a fun and a fast-paced environment.
Job Summary:
To provide owners with a superior level of service when visiting the facility through an increased level of understanding and knowledge regarding the Association and clubhouse offerings. Ensures proper check-in of residents and their guests into the system as well as program registration. Setups Works independently and without direct supervision. Detailed individual must be able to multi-task. Customer Service skills necessary. Ability to understand and react to emergency response and access control procedures.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Primary Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
Greets residents and guests as they enter the facility with the highest level of customer service either at the concierge desk or front desk.
Checks in residents and charges any applicable fees for facility usage and/or events, fitness classes, etc. through the POS system.
Assists visitors by answering any questions they may have or pointing them in the right direction for assistance as needed, which includes providing a tour of the Lodge and surrounding areas.
Provides new residents with a Welcome Package and any other necessary paperwork and information on being a resident in the community and gaining access to the facility.
Ensures the facility, specifically the concierge desk, living room, front entry, coffee credenza area, storage cabinets, kitchen cabinets, etc. is maintained to the highest appearance and standards.
Answers the main line of the Lodge’s phone system; takes messages as needed; directs calls to correct staff extensions.
Assists residents in making online reservations for programs and completing the payment process as necessary.
Completes assigned checklist items to ensure the Lodge is properly opened and closed each day.
Enter data in various Excel and Word documents, including but not limited to, Lodge counts, pool chemical log and closing shift report completing all forms appropriately.
Delivers incoming mailing and packages to Manger for distribution.
Ensures that the complimentary supplies for those visiting the Lodge are always stocked.
Performs daily, multiple room setups for groups, events and fitness classes, to include, tables, chairs, poker tables, ping pong tables, etc. often within a 15-minute time span.
Required to attend any mandatory trainings and/or monthly team meetings scheduled.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must have experience in customer service and be proficient with POS systems, Outlook, Excel, Word, Google Drive, and Adobe Acrobat.
Strong communication, customer service and inter-personal skills
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
CPR/AED certifications required
Responsible for maintaining Company, Resident and Staff confidentiality.
Telephone Etiquette for 9 incoming/outgoing lines.
Physical Requirements:
Position involves sitting, standing and/or movement throughout the day. Must be able to transport oneself not only around the office, but also around the Community Association.
Duties will involve stooping, bending, lifting, and grasping, pushing, pulling, or otherwise moving objects weighing as much as 50 lbs. This type of activity may occur several times throughout the day.
Performance of duties may require employee to be both inside and outside. Inside temperature will be controlled and the use of fluorescent lighting will exist. Outside may require employee to be exposed to the elements, which may include wind, rain, cold and extreme heat.
Professional indoor office attire is required: Business Casual (No Jeans)
