We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team, specializing in the recruitment of corporate functions including Human Resources and Finance. This role is pivotal in enhancing our talent acquisition strategy and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A subject matter expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems is critical to the success of this role.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for various corporate roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, define ideal candidate profiles, and develop targeted recruitment plans.
- Conduct in-depth candidate screening and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Facilitate the interview process, coordinate with hiring teams, and provide a positive candidate experience.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain and continuously improve recruiting processes, metrics, and reporting.
- Collaborate with the HR team on various initiatives related to employer branding, employee referral programs, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 3-5 years of full cycle recruiting preferably in a corporate environment
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring for roles in HR and Finance.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
- Familiarity with HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance regulations.
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities.
