- Conduct thorough case file and record reviews to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Review and evaluate the effectiveness of quality assurance programs
- Present feedback to management on areas needing improvement
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of quality assurance procedures and federal, state, and local laws
- Proficient computer and data management skills
- Associate degree or higher in human services, education, psychology, sociology, or a related field, plus two years of experience
- Valid driver's license and liability insurance
