Job Description
- Review case data to assist team members in upholding the regulations and standards of Dept of Health & Human Services and the TANF Program.
- Provide programmatic training and support to team members as part of new hire and ongoing staff development
- Ensure proper implementation of all applicable policies, procedures and guidelines of program.
- Conduct regular quality assurance reviews in accordance with Dept of Health & Human Services auditing and performance standards.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in related field and/or 2 years’ experience in related field
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel functions and features
- Strong analytical and communication skills
