ERA Carlile Realty Group & CARLILE Lending is currently seeking the services of a Loan Officer to join and work with our fast-growing team of expert brokers and realtors. We are a modern Sacramento vertically integrated agency that provides services including realty, lending, appraisals, hard money lending, land development and flips to numerous clients throughout California. Responsibilities
On the job, your responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
- Developing new business and prospecting new customers while maintaining a loan pipeline
- Attracts new mortgage loan applications by developing relationships within the real estate community and other business professionals
- Completes the loan application and gathering of the necessary paperwork, including pay stubs, tax returns, and bank statements
- Communicates with the appraiser, title officer, escrow officer, loan processor, and underwriter
- Loan structure expert with vast knowledge of underwriting guidelines
Qualifications
- Must have an active NMLS and DRE License
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator
- Experienced in Arive System
- Guideline expertise
- Great communication skills
- A small book of business preferred
