Era Living is seeking a Director of Capital Projects to lead our Capital Projects team in asset and project management across our eight locations across the Greater Puget Sound area. This is a day-shift, Monday to Friday, hybrid role that offers work from home (or from the downtown Seattle Home Office), and requires in-person time spent at the communities to oversee the department. Some flexibility will be necessary to accommodate off-hours project work, when needed.

The Director of Capital Projects is a strategic member of the Home Office leadership team, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for Era Living’s asset management program. This role has oversight responsibility for the planning, execution, and management of all Capital Projects including design, construction, and / or maintenance-related projects. As part of the asset management program, this role also ensures Era Living’s facilities and environmental services departments across Era Living’s eight communities are maintaining our properties appropriately on a day-to-day basis. This role directly manages a team of project managers, the Director of Facilities & Environmental Services, and the Procurement Specialist.
