The Valet will be responsible for providing customer service focused valet parking for residents and guests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides valet parking to safely and efficiently move resident and guest vehicles to a designated parking location, assists with loading and unloading packages and groceries from vehicles when needed
- Maintains schedule for cars needed outside of valet operation hours
- Keeps parking areas clean and orderly to ensure that space usage is maximized
- Maintains organization of valet key box, making sure that it is secured at all times
- Familiar and compliant with all Department of Transportation requirements for operating a motor vehicle
- Ability to use basic computer and use Outlook and email
- Ability to use good interpersonal skills when interacting with Residents, family members, visitors and co-workers
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English
- Ability to pass DSHS background check, required
- Have at least three (3) years of Acceptable driving history using the Company Standards for Driving Abstracts
- Valid Washington State Driver’s License; must be 18 years’old or older.
- Experience as a valet preferred
