Responsibilities:
- Achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction while providing quick service for all restaurant customers
- Assure all products and services are consistent with company quality standards
- Recruit, interview, train, and motivate restaurant staff
- Manage appropriate inventory levels of food and dining products and plan accurately for forecasted sales trends
- Make sure that all laws and standards for food service sanitation are followed
Experience:
- Previous experience in a management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a quick service restaurant setting.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in computer systems
Qualifications:
- Required qualifications include strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and proven management experience.
- Core skills such as staff training, food service management, and team management are essential for this role.
- Premium skills like food preparation, POS knowledge, and inventory control are highly valued.
- Relevant skills in casual dining, catering, and barista experience would be beneficial for the General Manager position.
