*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious Shift Leader to join our team at a quick-service fast food restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations during their designated shifts, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
*Duties*
- Manage shift operations, including supervising staff and ensuring smooth workflow
- Provide training and guidance to team members on company policies and procedures
- Monitor food preparation processes to maintain quality and safety standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Be able to slice meats and vegetables using a comercial deli meat slicer.
- Sense of urgency to complete daily tasks in a timely manner
*Requirements*
- Previous experience in shift management or supervisory role within the restaurant industry
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Previous Assistant Manager or General Manager experience is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 35 per week
