We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our Estimating team in our Glassboro, NJ office. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the construction industry and have strong interpersonal communication skills. The Administrator will work closely with our Estimating team to prepare accurate and competitive bids for potential projects.
Job Duties :
- Assist the Estimating Department with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist with the preparation of project proposals and bids.
- Maintain accurate records of project information and ensure confidentiality of sensitive data.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects.
