Objectives of this Role
Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs
Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met
Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
Responsibilities
Convert leads into opportunities through effective communication, in-person meetings, and proposed solutions to meet their needs
Deliver successful presentations to promote our products and services
Responsible for project take-off, selection, proposal pricing and selling strategy, and integration of services
Meet or surpass sales goals, with the ability to develop and build relationships to grow the business
Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly
Effective involvement in trade shows and other networking events to build the brand and support territory growth.
Overcome objections and resolve concerns
Estimate project costs, under direction of Management
Complete weekly and monthly sales reports in a timely manner
Maintain and grow customer database
Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress, increase knowledge and find new ways to improve business
Continually enhance sales skills and product knowledge
Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization
Travel to customer job sites is required, which may include outdoor work. During the site visits, the employee may be exposed to variable weather conditions; moving parts and / or equipment; heights, and other variable environmental conditions based on location.

Requirements :
Required skills and qualifications
Professional experience in a sales or customer service role, with a demonstrated history of working with business owners in construction, hospitality, and facilities
Excellent networking and relationship building skills
Strong sales acumen
Proficient computer and tablet skills
Proven track record of exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 month, with no major or frequent traffic violations
Minimum three (3) years of solution sales experience in construction related services
Excellent organizational skills, planning ability and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills
Proficiency with customer relationship management software (ie. Salesforce)
Professional certifications a plus (ex : Dale Carnegie)
