What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Inspector Transportation position at Erdman Anthony?
Construction Inspector Transportation will observe and document daily construction activities for the purpose of quality control to determine compliance with specifications and other regulations.
We are offering a $1,000 Sign On Bonus for this position!
Responsibilities:
- Complete inspection and documentation of a wide variety of construction activities by the contractor confirming all work is being done in accordance with specifications
- Review and interpret contract and job specifications
- Maintain daily paperwork in accordance with clients' requirements
Requirements:
- 1-2 Years related experience in highway construction
- Valid NYS Driver's License
- Basic computer knowledge/skills
- NYS professional licensure, NICET levels I to II a plus
- ACI Certified a plus
- Associates degree or higher in Civil Engineering or Construction Management a plus
