Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machinery and equipment while ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of technical specifications, precision measuring instruments, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with established safety protocols and operational guidelines.
- Release parts after 100% examination and package parts according to instructions.
- Start remedial actions when disturbances occur to ensure continuous production of parts (according to IMS / PLP / CAQ system)
- Timely preparation of products per requirements
- Clearance of serial production according to the test plan of quality assurance.

Experience
- CQI-9 Qualification and Experience Required
- 5 years’ experience in startup and/or operating a heat treatment, focus on gas nitro-carburizing
- Knowledge in measurement technology
- Proven experience in operating machinery within a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
- Knowledge in using ERP / CAQ systems
- A strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining safety standards is essential for success in this role.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
