About the Company

Responsibilities
Participation in the offer phase, including HSA and FMEA.
Taking over project management at the start of phase 8 after agreed production and process targets have been achieved and customer approval has been granted.
Cost-effective and timely support of the products in series production, as well as reporting of information relevant to series production in terms of the stream and E2E responsibility.
Project planning and project management of change processes for series articles running in the plant in close cooperation with the respective specialist departments.
Transparent and comprehensible documentation of defined process sequences, based on predefined project objectives.
Use of the findings from sample production in phase 7 to safeguard the series start-ups, taking into account the closed-loop implementation of the technical, economic and qualitative planning data and requirements.
Responsibility for sample production from phase 8 in interactive cooperation with the specialist departments in compliance with product and / or project specifications from the stream.
The Industrial Product Engineer is responsible for defining, managing and implementing the internal Safe Launch.
Analysis of series processes and work steps with the aim of identifying potential, deriving plant-relevant optimization measures and implementing these to safeguard the stream.
Coordination, implementation and tracking of optimization measures directly and across interfaces, including the corresponding effectiveness test and transferability to part families within the stream, including external processes from suppliers.
Implementation of the findings of optimization measures in the implementation of the lessons learned, as well as feedback of the lessons learned content.
