CorkSport Mazda Performance is seeking a positive, outgoing, and energetic Content & Social Media Specialist with 2 years of demonstrated success creating professional content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, coupled with success in community management. The candidate will be hungry to make a big impact within a small team and is comfortable working with the president of our organization.
Our ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and driven to win! The applicant will have a strong but balanced personality that supports the assertiveness required to navigate aftermarket communities across multiple social media platforms. The Content & Social Media Specialist will generate edgy, fun content and videos to support our marketing campaigns, product launches, installation videos, and community events. They will align all digital assets with our brand voice to increase customer reach, retention, and sales growth. This role requires an individual with a passion for understanding consumer behavior, a strong outgoing creative spirit, and the ability to fully support the company's vision and timelines.
Your success will demand excellent written and verbal communication, in addition to extraordinary time management skills. You will be expected to lead by example; hyper-focused on creating an excellent experience for our customers. The applicant must have the ability to directly and emotionally connect with customers through creative marketing campaigns and social media.
