Responsible for managing customer relations, program execution from product / process development through transition to production, P&L performance, and cross-functional team alignment with customer objectives.
The Director Program Management is the primary interface between the company and its customers. This position is responsible from bid / proposal through product / process development and transition to production.
The Director Program Management will work with functional leadership on strategic decisions related to manufacturing plans including make buy / where decisions, technical / producibility trades, and cost reduction initiatives.
It is imperative the Director Program Management has a comprehensive understanding of operational capabilities, quality, and customer requirements.
