Job Summary:
The Quality Coordinator is responsible for the administration and control of quality records. This includes coordination, execution, and maintaining requirements for on time deliverables of internal and customer specific records.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
· Leads and guides the Quality and Operations department personnel through training activities.
· Promotes health, safety, and environmental regulations by ensuring that standards, policies, and procedures are adhered to in compliance with corporate, federal, state, and local requirements.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Provides support to ERG helping ERG Aerospace follow the framework of AS9100.
· Ensure that Training activities are performed on time and logged appropriately.
· Ensure that records required by ERG Aerospace customers are accurate, complete, and available.
· Ensures procedures and work instructions meet internal requirements and practices.
· Completes Daily and Monthly QC Tooling and Equipment verification activities.
· Help implement and verify Change Management activities.
· Assist QC inspection activities as needed.
· Completes review and release of raw material inspections into inventory.
· Opens, communicates and completes corrective actions following a root cause analysis methodology.
· Prepares reports on QC trends with recommendation for improvement.
· Performs Internal Audits to the QMS and relative standards.
· Performs Internal Audits of the process based on ERG Aerospace documentation.
· Reviews client, customer, and user feedback.
· Assist with the compilation and reporting of items selected for the Management Review.

Education and Experience:
· 5 years of experience in related field.
· Experience with Quality Management System maintenance in a production environment.
Physical Requirements:
· Must be willing to wear all required PPE, including respirator masks and hood.
· Must be able to lift 50 lbs. regularly and up to 75 lbs. infrequently.
· Must be able to work standing for extended periods.
· Able to work in extreme temperatures depending on season.
· Able to work in a loud production environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
