Ergon Inc. seeks a full-time Sales Representative, Strategic Partnerships, to join our ErgonArmor Sales and Marketing team. The Sales Representative, Strategic Partnerships, is responsible for acquiring new and servicing existing private label and custom manufacturing clients for 100% solids epoxy coatings, linings, adhesives, and sealants in the USA. The Sales Representative provides expert-level consultation to clients regarding product selection, application, and failure analysis with the support of technical service, manufacturing quality assurance, and analytical laboratory departments. They proactively maintain client relationships through regular communication to build our reputation and uncover unmet needs.

Education And Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 8-15 years of relevant experience
- Preferred areas of study: communications, marketing, business, or engineering
- Coating sales experience
- NACE Level III Coating Inspector credentials
- Broad knowledge of the field of competition-suppliers, products, capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Keen sense of urgency to satisfy customers and overcome obstacles
- Ability to drive, fly, and travel overnight midweek, up to 60%
- Ability to handle customer inquiries promptly while traveling
