Position Overview:
This position reports to the Branch Manager and must reside within the assigned region and be at the Flowood office. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for the safe and efficient handling, storage, and distribution of insulation products, ensuring high safety standards and quality service.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming insulation material shipments for quality and
- Organize and store products in designated areas to maintain an efficient warehouse
- Prepare, package, and fulfill orders for customers to pick up, or for
- Ensure accuracy of each order or
- Meet strict deadlines set by management for pickup, shipment, or delivery or
- Learn fabrication methods from legacy
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and
- Conduct inventory counts and assist in managing stock levels to prevent
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines and
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional service during order
- Support team members in various tasks as needed to ensure smooth warehouse Support other crafts working at the facility as needed or
Applicable Experience & Competencies:
- High school diploma or
- Additional education or certifications in warehousing or logistics is a
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 ) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills is
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving
- Excellent communication and teamwork
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing
- Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment is preferred.

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50#.
- Must be in a physical condition that will allow walking long distances.
- Must be able to work in any environment (heat, cold, rain)
- Must be able to physically work up to 84 hours a week, if necessary
- Must be able to stand for a long period of time.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, twist, reach and climb.
- Must be able to work in confined spaces.
- Must be well-groomed. This position will be based in Flowood, MS. Travel may be required.
