Change Management Specialist Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute change management activities to support successful business transformation
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure they are properly prepared and equipped for change
- Conduct change impact assessments to identify key changes and develop mitigation strategies
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive change initiatives
- Support communication and training activities to ensure change is understood and adopted by employees
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of change management efforts and make recommendations for improvement
Change Management Specialist Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
- 1-5 years of experience in organizational change management, project management, or related field
- Certification in change management preferred (e.g., Prosci, CCMP)
- Proven track record of leading successful change initiatives
- Strong understanding of and experience in applying project management principles
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
