Ergon Inc. is seeking a Content Coordinator to join our Communications team. The Content Coordinator will research and create content for various internal and corporate communications, including employee publications, websites, newsletters, company-wide communications, blogs, etc. This individual will also support and maintain content for all internal communications platforms. The Content Coordinator will also execute essential daily operational tasks, support the Communications Team with content creation, editing, and managing production schedules, and provide administrative support.

Content Coordinator Education And Experience Requirements
- A bachelor's degree and a minimum of two (2) years of work-related experience are required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Strong verbal and excellent written communication skills
- Ability to write and edit content on a variety of topics
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment while also delivering independent results
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence
- Research and create content for a wide range of communications, including internal publications and company-wide communications, as well as one external publication, websites, newsletters, blogs, etc.
- Edit and proofread written communications
- Support and maintain content on internal communications platforms, such as Ergon's Pipeline Intranet and digital signage
- Coordinate email distribution and manage e-blasts to employees with support from the Senior Manager of Communications
- Participate in content brainstorming for employee blogs, social media, and newsletters
- Schedule and track projects, respond to inquiries, and support corporate projects
- Oversee management and reconciliation of the departmental purchasing card. Manage invoice submission and approval through Ergon accounting systems
- Support departmental activities by coordinating shipping, event/meal coordination, and other tasks as needed
