Job Role: Program Director-Operational Excellence
Location: Flowood, MS

Program Director Education And Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year accredited college or university - Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering preferred
- Advanced Degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years of overall work experience in refinery/chemical operations and/or engineering roles
- Active member of industry organizations such as AFPM and CCPS
- Support cultural improvements at the corporate level
- Lead Life Saving Rules implementation
- Implementation and Management of the Corporate Incident Investigation Program
- Lead Higher Consequence Incident Investigations, as required
- Implementation and Management of Corporate Lessons Learned program
- Development of the OpEx Resource platform for communication, sharing, and learning
- Development of Innovative Technology Solutions for Operational Excellence
- Development of internal corporate OpEx site assessment program
- Manage Corporate Action Item Register and Tracking Program for High Priority Items
- Develop corporate asset integrity, occupational safety, and process safety competency training tools
- Assist in the implementation of the Corporate Standards program
- Coordinate the Property Insurance Engineering Risk Surveys
- Participate in AFPM/API's Advancing Process Safety Initiative & help facilitate Ergon's Operational Excellence Initiatives.
- Facilitate communication, efficient use of resources, consistency of practices, and cooperation between facilities.
