We are seeking a dynamic and driven Regional Account Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales Growth
  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within your region.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitors to anticipate client needs.
  • Present solutions and proposals that align with a client’s objectives.
  • Manage Client Accounts
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and trusted relationships.
  • Understand client growth goals, pain points, and priorities to align services accordingly.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to evaluate satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Ensure Service Delivery Excellence
  • Oversee the delivery of IT services, ensuring alignment with client agreements and adherence to SLAs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams—including operations, project management, and finance—to ensure smooth service execution.
  • Monitor performance metrics and produce regular reports for clients, showcasing the value delivered.
  • Problem Solving and Coordination

Quickly identify and resolve issues impacting service to minimize disruptions.

  • Escalate and address conflicts or challenges with professionalism and speed.
  • Recommend and implement solutions to improve service measures and KPIs.
  • Additional Contributions
  • Develop daily, monthly, and yearly action plans to achieve client goals and secure renewals.
  • Lead projects initiated by clients, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with agreed-upon timelines and budgets.
  • Manage disaster recovery and business continuity plans for clients as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in outside sales, account management, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to influence and build trust.
  • Solid project management or coordination experience.
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure and a passion for technology solutions.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Flexibility to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing client demands.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Commitment to excellent customer service and delivering results.
  • Experience managing complex relationships with multiple stakeholders.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
