Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Marketing Technology Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in marketing technology and automation, with expertise in CRM and analytics. In this role, you will manage and optimize our marketing technology stack to drive customer engagement, streamline operations, and provide data-driven insights. The Marketing Technology Manager will be the key driver of strategic marketing automation and will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless marketing processes. This position offers the opportunity to work with leading technologies to shape the future of marketing operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Marketing Technology Stack: Oversee the end-to-end operations of our marketing technology systems, including Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), GA4, Seismic and Salsify.
  • Campaign Optimization: Analyze, track, and report on key marketing performance metrics. Provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
  • CRM & Automation Management: Manage Salesforce Account Engagement email automation and distribution, marketing campaign structure, lead management and scoring to improve customer engagement across all touchpoints.
  • Sales Enablement: Partner with Sales Operations to expand and optimize use of sales enablement platform, Seismic, providing efficient and effective nurture functionality for marketing and sales teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with IT, sales, sales operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth integration of systems and data across platforms.
  • MarTech Strategy: Continuously evaluate and implement new marketing technologies to ensure our systems remain cutting-edge and scalable.
  • Data Governance & Quality: Maintain the integrity of data in marketing systems, overseeing lead scoring, segmentation, and reporting. Ensure that data is actionable and accurate for decision-making.
  • Training & Support: Act as the subject matter expert for marketing technologies, providing training and ongoing support for internal teams on best practices and troubleshooting.
  • Integration & Optimization: Ensure smooth integration of marketing tools and third-party software. Regularly evaluate and optimize processes to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5-7 years in marketing technology, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Account Engagement for marketing automation, lead nurturing, and campaign management.
  • Strong experience with GA4 for web analytics, tracking, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Seismic sales enablement functionality and Salesforce integration.
  • Preferred experience with Salsify product data syndication, digital asset management (DAM) systems and social media management tools.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to leverage data to make informed marketing decisions, improve processes, and optimize performance.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues with marketing technologies.
