Position Summary:
Assemble and qualify products to deliver Enovate Medical products. Also, the candidate is expected to grow in this position through hard work, dedication and taking ownership of your job while striving for excellence in your job.
Position Responsibilities:
- Electronic Assembly
- Read and interpret drawings and sales orders to determine material requirements and/or assembly instructions.
- Assemble electrical systems and install components, units, subassemblies, wiring, and
assembly casings using screws, nuts, and bolts.
- Operate in a team environment.
- Analyze the current processes and recommend improvements.
- Maintain a 5S score of 4.5 or higher.
- Time management and prioritization of multiple tasks.
- Inspect and test for operation conformance and for quality.
- Meeting the daily production demand.
- Identify and tag defective components for failure analysis or for warranty return.
Position Requirements (Knowledge and Experience):
The candidate should be self-motivated and have the desire to provide only the highest quality of workmanship. The candidate would show strong teamwork skills and a solid work ethic. The candidate would need the ability to learn things quickly in a fast-paced environment. The candidate would need to conduct themselves in a positive and professional manner and have reliable transportation.
Candidates should be able to work independently as well as in a team atmosphere.
Minimum of six months’ experience in production or assembly work.
The candidate must have prior experience using hand tools and air tools.
Production experience is a plus in a fast-paced environment
Electrical assembly and experienced in Excel, Word and outlook.
