We are searching for a marketing assistant who takes pride in their profession and wants to help us find and attract clients who need our help.
About You
Your most important quality is a can-do attitude and the willingness to learn and grow, and you have a warm personality and enjoy interacting with people. You have strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills. You are looking for a career and are willing to learn our practice area to grow in your position.You have somemarketing experience or are enthusiastic about learning to become excellent at marketing.
Your duties assisting the marketing coordinator will include but are not limited to the following :
- Collaborating with attorneys to create yearly, monthly, and weekly marketing plans.
- Working with established referral sources, potential referral sources, and outside marketing professionals to attract appropriate clients to Eric Buchanan & Associates.
- Creating, implementing, and overseeing a strategic marketing plan that effectively promotes the firm.
- Coordinating and supporting the marketing efforts of all team members, with an emphasis on the attorneys.
- Researching and analyzing the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer behavior and preparing reports by collecting, summarizing, and analyzing data.
- Monitoring our competition for ideas or improvements in our approach to marketing.
- Coordinating the development of content for the website and digital marketing campaigns.
- Using design software and primary social media platforms to create continual visibility of the firm and firm members.
- Developing and maintaining digital and paper promotional materials and designing distribution of them.
- Regularly analyzing and providing firm leadership with data demonstrating the marketing efforts' success.
- Collecting and updating the referral management database.
- Managing gifts to referrals.
- Planning and coordinating small and medium size events.
- Receiving and managing contacts from prospective clients of the firm, from the initial point of contact to the point of hiring the firm or the decision not to hire the firm, or the firms decision not to accept the prospect as a client.
- Designing and updating processes and materials to distribute to prospective clients.
- Administrative tasks as needed.
- Other projects, as assigned by the attorney.
