Looking for a part-time or full-time real estate assistant to help coordinate with Eric Hatch, the agent, and his team through real estate transactions, and related duties.
- Proficiency using Gmail, Google Drive, and Microsoft file management systems
- An experienced, grammatically correct, and a fast typist
- Proofread copy and communications before publishing or sending to clients
- Prepare various presentations within Google Slides
- Manage leads and current clients in CRM system
- Monitor inboxes to ensure communication with vendors and clients is completed in a timely manner
- Light email communication to nurture leads
- Assist agent in taking photos for social media when necessary
- Other real-estate office-related duties as assigned by the agent
- Must be willing to learn, and work in a fast-paced environment!
- Monday-Friday, 8-5 is standard, we can discuss your unique work schedule to make adjustments
