Seeking an experienced family law firm paralegal for a fast-paced firm.

  • THIS IS AN IN-PERSON POSITION AND FAMILY LAW EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED

Duties include :

  • Drafting discovery
  • Drafting pleadings, motions, and orders
  • Responding to discovery
  • Prepping clients for discovery, trial etc.
  • Managing an active case-load of over 100 cases

    • The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience as a paralegal in a family law firm setting. They will be able to jump in with minimal training and oversight and handle their own caseload.
