Eric Scott Leathers, LLC. is seeking full and part-time Stitching Technicians and Assembly Technicians

Full and part-time positions are available. Applicants must possess a good eye for quality and strong attention to detail. This position is responsible for performing the day-to-day operations of the assigned department and provide the necessary support to all internal and external customers by producing quality product at established labor standards.
Responsibilities Include:
- Maintain a safe and hazard free environment
- Ability to read and comprehend the routing (instructions) and follow established procedures
- Operate a variety of sewing and production equipment and modify/adjust machine settings as needed to meet product specifications and/or product issues
- Ability to assembly product by hand or utilizing hand/power tools
- Ability to rotate positions with proficiency, either as directed by supervisor or as needed to maintain the workflow
- Inspection of product during assembly to ensure quality standards are being met
- Communicate effectively with appropriate team members to solve production/machine issues
- Meet or exceed efficiency levels based on labor standards
Key Job Skills Include:
- Experience with sewing is a plus!
- Ability to maintain an attendance level acceptable to company policies
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent reading comprehension
- Extreme attention to details
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to read measuring devices to perform required assembly/inspection
- Ability to do light to medium repetitive lifting (max 50#)
- Ability to sit and/or stand for full shifts
