RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and timely follow up with customers.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services.
- Lead sales conversation with new customers to understand needs and recommend insurance products fit customer needs.
- Provide accurate and concise written and verbal communication to customers, underwriters and others.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Maintain consistent in person office schedule M-F 9am to 5pm.
- 5 years of sales experience preferred.
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in a variety of computer applications- particularly Microsoft Windows based
- Proactive in solving problems.
- Strong organizational skills to manage details related to multiple customer conversations.
- Bilingual - Spanish (a plus but not required)
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain - we can assist with licensing)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain - we can assist with licensing)
