Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
- Maintain cleanliness of dish area, sinks, and kitchen equipment.
- Ensure proper storage of clean dishes and kitchen tools.
- Assist with kitchen prep work when needed.
- Take out trash and recycling as needed.
- Keep floors dry and free of debris to maintain a safe work environment.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Requirements:
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- No prior experience required—willing to train the right candidate.
