Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and attended to.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the OpenTable system or similar platforms.
- Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and recommendations, while accommodating dietary restrictions.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns or requests promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tips.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards during food handling and preparation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a server role within fine dining or nightclub environments is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to provide top-notch guest services.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and processing payments.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
