Position Overview: ERA seeks a motivated Graduate Structural Engineer who is interested in growing a rewarding career. As a Graduate Structural Engineer you will be responsible to work with a variety of clients including architects, owners, and contractors to create structural designs and construction documents within a team setting. You will coordinate with project partners and assist with executing the structural design.
As a member of our structural engineering team, you will play a key role in delivering accurate project plans on time and within budget, consistently exceeding client expectations. Your responsibilities will include performing structural analysis of buildings and other structures using the latest software, and designing structural systems with concrete, steel, timber, and other materials. You will collaborate with project partners and clients, bringing a service-minded approach to solving complex problems. Additionally, you will coordinate with the internal team on design drawings and report preparation, and work closely with construction partners to ensure a smooth construction process.
