Position Overview: ERA seeks a motivated structural modeler who is interested in growing a rewarding career. As a structural modeler you will be responsible for performing structural drafting and design services, including modifying existing and creating new structural design documents. You will review architectural documents and internal engineering information using Revit, and develop conceptual, preliminary, and construction-level drawings, making revisions as needed. Your role will include converting existing 2D structural drawings into 3D Revit models, following directed standards, and maintaining quality control and accountability for the integrity of the Revit model as the project progresses through each design phase. You will collaborate closely with the project team on diverse projects, often utilizing multiple technologies to meet client deadlines and expectations. Ensuring that all work completed adheres to company and client standards is a critical aspect of this position, contributing to the overall success of our projects.
