Erickson Foundation Solutions is a local, family owned and operated foundation repair company. We are dedicated to helping homeowners strengthen their homes' foundations and restore their peace of mind. With over 40 years of experience, our mission is to be the contractor of choice by redefining the construction experience with exceptional service for all our customers and each other. We specialize in foundation repair, floor stabilization, concrete repair, waterproofing, and radon mitigation.
Pay Range: 100% commission-based. Paid 6-8 week training. High performers earn 90k-120k in uncapped commissions.
Job Duties:
- Attend pre-qualified, company scheduled appointments with a company vehicle.
- Perform in-home consultations and assessments while offering a customized solution to meet homeowners needs.
- Aim to meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfactions.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years sales experience.
- Pre-employment screening: Valid Drivers License and ability to meet the requirements of a Motor Vehicle Record and a Background check.
- Ability to travel 75% of the time.
- Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English.
