Pay Range: 100% commission-based. High performers earn 90k-120k in uncapped commissions.
Outside Sales Representative Duties:
- Use company vehicle to meet with customers on pre-qualified, company-generated leads.
- Builds rapport with customers and determines their desired expectations.
- Perform in-home inspections, offer a customized solution, and consults with homeowners for desired outcome.
- Provides a completed proposal to the customer and follows up as needed.
- Aim to meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfactions.
Outside Sales Representative Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years sales experience.
- Pre-employment screening: Valid Drivers License and ability to meet the requirements of a Motor Vehicle Record and a Background check.
- Ability to travel 75% of the time (dependent on business needs)
- Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English.
