Location : Fox Run Village by Erickson Senior LivingCompensation : Commensurate with experience starting at $65,000 annually plus a generous commissions package!Join our team as the Clinical Health Care Counselor is responsible for presenting and selling Continuing Care to prospective external and current internal residents.What we offerA culture of diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging, which builds on our mission, vision and valuesMedical, dental and vision packages, including an annual reimbursement for qualified wellness expenses, personal health coaching and telemedicine optionsPTO Plans, PLUS company paid volunteer hours for eligible team members, in accordance with applicable state law401k for all team members 18 and over with a company 3% matchOnsite medical centers, providing wellness visits and sick care for all team members over 18 years of ageFree access to our on-site Team member Health and Well-Being Centers, plus Well-Being programs, tools and resources for you and your immediate family membersEducation assistance, certification reimbursement and access to over 6,000 courses through our online learning library, designed to enhance your current skills and build new onesGrowth Opportunities – grow with the company as we open new communities and expand on our existing ones!.How you will make an impactTour prospective external residents and current internal residents through the Continuing Care, offering an overview of the community, health care offerings, pricing, amenities, and availability.Counsel with decision-making (floor plan, timing, etc) and sell prospect's entry onto the appropriate waiting list.Initiate contact with and pursue contact with standby list members with the goal of reoccupying available Continuing Care units.Supervise the coordination of move-in dates, admissions, and transfer of residents throughout the continuum.Develop and implement of Quarterly Strategic Sales and Marketing Plan (in collaboration with Corporate Health Care Sales partners).Coordinate all aspects of the education and ongoing training process for the health care sales team.Collaborate and communicate with community health care professionals to secure approval for admissions and notify relevant parties of impending admissions.What you will needMinimum of 5 years’ experience in Continuing Care service line sales preferred.Experience in assessing prospective hospitalized residents to determine eligibility for skilled nursing care required.Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
