Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living
We are hiring Weekend Only Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) for Day, Evening, and Night Shifts - Every Weekend AND Every other Weekend options available . Our CMAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident's needs. All of our clients live within our gated retirement community, which means no travel once you are on campus!
Compensation : Ranges from $21.00-$24.00 / hour, commensurate of experience, plus applicable shift bonuses
All shifts receive Weekend bonus of $2.00 / hour
Those who work EVERY weekend receive additional incentive

Help people live better lives by :
Administration of medication to residents
Assisting residents in activities of daily living
Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
Providing assistance with resident activities and programs
Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter
Supporting the residents physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
What you will need :
Current license for Medication Aide registered with Virginia Board of Nursing
Current license for Nurse Aide registered with Virginia Board of Nursing
Current First Aide & CPR Certification required
