Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive and reactive management of all field personnel including hiring, training, motivation, career development, reviews and safety
- Oversees daily project schedule, ensuring field crews have the necessary materials and equipment for each project
- Ensure all equipment is in proper working condition
- Provide support and troubleshooting for on-site issues
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all work meets Erickson Outdoor Lighting standards
- Review completed project folders and daily project notes for accuracy and completeness
- Lead weekly team meetings
- Conduct safety and training sessions
- Manage inventory levels of lighting components and tools, coordinating with the purchasing department to maintain adequate stock
- Schedule and coordinate fleet maintenance
- Maintain shop interior and exterior in a clean and orderly manner
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality
- Maintain open and positive communication with employees, office personnel, and management
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with inventory management and logistics is a plus
- Familiarity with power and hand tools, as well as online scheduling software (i.e. Housecall Pro)
- A hands-on approach to problem-solving and teamwork
