As the Regional Head of Talent Acquisition Delivery, you'll lead a team of talented Country TA Managers across a dynamic region, ensuring seamless end-to-end recruitment delivery. What you will do
Driving Transformation: Build and execute regional recruitment strategies aligned with global objectives while innovating to meet regional needs.
Leadership & Mentorship: Inspire and guide a high-performing team of TA managers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Performance Optimization: Own and elevate regional performance, managing resources dynamically to meet evolving business demands.
Strategic Collaboration: Partner with global CoE teams in areas such as operations, sourcing, and employer branding to deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
Change Management: Lead transformational initiatives, ensuring your region is ready to embrace new processes and technologies.
Stakeholder Partnership: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to anticipate talent needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Champion DE&I: Lead efforts to embed diversity, equity, and inclusion into every stage of the recruitment process.
What you will bring
Experience: A proven track record of leading recruitment teams in a multi-country, complex, and dynamic environment. Experience managing high-performing teams and driving a performance culture.
Skills: Expertise in stakeholder engagement and the ability to develop trusted partnerships with hiring managers and senior leaders. Excellent communication, decision-making, and critical thinking skills.
Education: A bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required.
Personal Attributes: A strategic mindset combined with strong operational execution skills, especially in areas like data analytics, change management, and compliance. A passion for embedding DE&I into all facets of talent acquisition.High adaptability with strong results orientation, creativity, and resilience.
Our assessment process
This recruitment process includes one initial phone screen, followed by two behavioral interviews and a case where we will assess the skills and behaviors we are seeking in our Regional Head of Talent Acquisition Delivery. The successful candidate will receive an offer to join our team after completed the full assessment process.
