What you will do:
* use data and create metrics/dashboards to identify improvements opportunities.
* lead cross-functional projects to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
* drive strategic projects for North America, and equip executive leaders with information and advice to make fact-based decisions.
* write and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the globe.
* drive automation of data sources working side-by-side with groups like Ericsson Group Data & Analytics team
The skills you bring:
* a steadfast drive to solve tough problems
* the ability to construct data visualizations in Excel, PowerBI or similar BI tools
* the ability to quickly identify root causes by using large data sets
* consulting skills and the ability to think strategically
* the ability to quickly adapt and pivot in a constantly changing business environment
* the motivation to learn and constantly improve processes and tools
* the people skills required to work with all roles within Ericsson
* courage to challenge leadership and our current ways of working
* the ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form
* advanced MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
* the ability to work effectively independently and in teams
* Experience with Power BI, Power Query, Power Apps, or data analytics tools
* Experience in Agile, Lean Six Sigma, and change management
Salary Range:
* Bachelors: $63,000
* Masters: $70,000
Hiring Bonus:
* Bachelors: $8,500
* Masters: $11,500
