Join Ericsson as a Dimensioning and Planning Manager, where you'll play a crucial role in shaping and executing our supply strategy to ensure customer satisfaction through an efficient supply chain. Collaborate with diverse internal teams to fulfill customer orders and deliver top-quality products cost-effectively. Focus on optimizing end-to-end processes while understanding customer needs and enhancing our order-to-cash service. This role offers opportunities for continuous improvement with an emphasis on automation and digitalization. Lead your team towards exceptional performance, guided by Ericsson's corporate values and culture. As part of the Smart Factory in the U.S., you'll also ensure material availability, coordinate capacity scenarios, and maintain inventory to meet client demands.
What you will do:
- Oversee delivery execution in line with contracts and manage Work Level Agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and business continuity.
- Handle customer escalations and participate as a delivery resource in designated areas, while building and steering result-oriented teams.
- Identify business risks and plan mitigation strategies, promoting adherence to our supply strategy within your unit.
- Collaborate with other Functional Areas in Ericsson Business Process to optimize efficiency through digitalization and automation.
- Guide the supply process to fulfill customer orders, delivering products in a cost-efficient and timely manner.
- Drive for a lean and agile supply chain, managing team processes such as master planning, short-term planning, production planning, inbound preparation, new product introduction, and inventory management.
- Partner with the Global SCM team to ensure alignment and address issues that require attention, enabling resource dimensioning to meet targets for lead time, delivery precision, cost, and capitalization.
The skills you bring:
- Utilize a deep understanding of business, lean, and agile methodologies to drive supply chain and process efficiencies within the Ericsson Operating Model.
- Apply change and improvement management techniques to enhance organizational effectiveness and optimize the supply chain network design.
- Exhibit strong financial acumen and experience in logistics and production, including supply and global logistics.
- Showcase proven managerial and leadership skills, with accountability, flexibility, and professionalism.
- Maintain a good personality with an open mind, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to learn and adapt.
- Develop excellent relationship and communication skills, effectively engaging with management and colleagues.
- Act as a team player who is self-motivated and committed to delivering high-quality work.
- Possess key qualifications, including a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 6 years’ experience, knowledge of SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and expertise in supply chain processes with strong knowledge sharing and collaboration skills.
