Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions (BEWS) is the group responsible for leading Ericsson’s Enterprise Networking and Security business. Our growing product portfolio spans across wide area networks, local area networks and enterprise security. We are the #1 global market leader in Wireless-WAN based enterprise connectivity solutions and are growing fast in enterprise Private 5G networks and Secure Access Services Edge (SASE) solutions.
How Will You Contribute to the Company?
As the Head of IT Business Partners, you will lead a team to build a cross functional network of trust that thrives on collaboration and innovation, with the goal of delivering world-class solutions. You will lead a team of IT Business Partners in support of the various business value chains (i.e. Renewals and Operations, Commerce and Sales, Marketing and Support, Finance and HR and other business areas) to identify, scope, define and document opportunities for transformation resulting in improved process execution and greater profitability for the company. Additionally, you will be key in building and facilitating the effective partnership between IT and other functions within the company. This role is part of the Enterprise Applications team and will help ensure the successful adoption and use of technology within the company.
What you will do:
The Head of IT Business Partners will
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with functional leaders across the company, serving as their primary contact for IT needs and fostering collaboration between IT and functional area teams
- Lead a team of Partners, engaging with leaders across the company to understand their technology needs, translating them into clear requirements and developing business cases to justify IT investments
- Manage incoming business requirements, working closely with Enterprise Architecture on the Solution Fit and ITSAC process to refine and document proposed solutions for approval
- Work with functional leads in the business and technology deliver teams to prioritize delivery based on business impact
- Lead or participate in IT projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with business goals, timely delivery, and smooth implementation of new technologies
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, provide expert guidance to functional leaders, develop IT strategies and roadmaps to optimize business value chain performance that are aligned with the broader organizational goals and objectives
The skills you bring:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Operations, Computer Science (or equivalent experience), Master’s degree a plus
- Experience: 15 years professional, 5 years managerial experience

Your Pay
The salary range for this position is listed below. The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.

Your Time
Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided a minimum of 15 days of accrued vacation, up to 3 personal days per year, 11 annual holidays, 8 hours of volunteer time, and 80 hours of sick time annually. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee’s start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
