Developing and implementing the first 5G and Industrial IoT systems in a real manufacturing environment allows this new wave of tech enablers to reach maturity more rapidly, ready to change the world!


As the Head of the USA 5G Smart Factory, you will be lead the site into the continued evolution of next-generation smart manufacturing. Are you a collaborative and inspirational leader who thrives in ultra-innovative, high-profile and dynamic environments?


In this role, you will report to the Head of NPI Production & work closely with product development units as well as sourcing and supply.

What you will do

  • Build up and lead the growth of the USA 5G Smart Factory
  • Develop the organization & employees within the Supply Site
  • Co-develop and implement strategies within Industry 4.0
  • Secure delivery capability meeting customer demand, as well as cost and quality targets
  • Technically drive the product dimension with peer functions as well as PDU (Product Development Unit) and Sourcing
  • Identify possibilities for improvements and introduce new state-of-the-art production technology
  • Drive and implement digitalization across operations and supply chain
