The Lead Financial Analyst at CU RCHCP, based in Plano, Texas, will be responsible for driving financial planning and analysis (FP&A) objectives, managing stakeholder relationships, and spearheading the automation of financial processes. This role requires a blend of strategic insight, technical financial expertise, and leadership capabilities.
The role of the Financial Analyst is to review, analyze and report the financial progress according to expectations and targets for the assigned unit, and based on facts is expected to provide relevant business insights and financial advice to the stakeholders, with a forward-looking view and a cohesive storytelling, to facilitate decision making and to support value creation. The Financial Analyst is the main orchestrator of the financial forecast and financial performance activities and analysis, in accordance with global directives, processes and tools.

The role of the Financial Analyst is to review, analyze and report the financial progress according to expectations and targets for the assigned unit, and based on facts is expected to provide relevant business insights and financial advice to the stakeholders, with a forward-looking view and a cohesive storytelling, to facilitate decision making and to support value creation. The Financial Analyst is the main orchestrator of the financial forecast and financial performance activities and analysis, in accordance with global directives, processes and tools.
- Typical Interfaces: Business Controller, Project Controllers, PFA’s, Leadership teams, Unit Heads, Line Managers, appropriate decision makers, relevant stakeholders and supporting finance units.
- Tools & Resources: SAP, EBW, BPC, SalesForce, Oracle EPM, Power BI or similar.
- Behavioral Competences: Analytical, creative, adapting & responding to change, adhering to principles & values, deciding & action oriented, delivering results, persuading & influencing, relating & networking.
- Qualifications and Experience: A degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification. Minimum of 2 years’ experience from relevant position within Ericsson or relevant position at an external company giving the ability to act and perform the duties of the role Financial Analyst
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
- Lead in developing, coordinating, and presenting comprehensive financial forecasts and budgets.
- Analyze key financial metrics and business drivers to provide actionable insights that influence strategic decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including department heads and external partners.
- Communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial audiences, ensuring alignment and understanding across the organization.
- Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes through automation and advanced analytics.
- Implement innovative solutions that increase efficiency, accuracy, and business value in financial operations.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support internal and external audit processes by providing required information and insights.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modeling and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing technological solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and cross-functional team environment.
- Extensive experience in financial analysis, ideally in the telecommunications or technology sectors.
- Demonstrated experience in FP&A, stakeholder management, and process automation.
- Previous leadership or team management experience is preferred.

- Demonstrate integrity, proactivity, and a commitment to driving financial performance.
