Ericsson is hiring an energetic and motivated People Specialists to join our dynamic team. As a People Specialist, you will work with our People leaders to ensure we maintain diverse, inclusive, and compliant teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong desire to work with a high-performing and collaborative People (HR) team and possess the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering results within tight deadlines.

In this exciting role, you will:
- Collaborate closely with our People Business Partners to address tasks related to Performance Management documents, development, and compliance with directives and local laws
- Efficiently oversee People data and ensure accurate maintenance of the Human Resource Management System (HRMS), including audits to ensure data accuracy, and open tickets to address system issues
- Provide system support and processing, manage termination and rehire/relocation processes, track compliance and quarterly metrics, and monitor/report completion of annual programs, background checks and drug screens
- Support People Business Partners in implementing global/local programs and special projects, conduct job mapping and title reviews, and support special projects
- Collaboratively perform in-depth data analysis and conduct thorough audits
- Investigate potential policy violations, assist in remediation, support policy improvements, and address employee relations trends
- Efficiently manage and facilitate internal relocation requests
- Actively and efficiently engage in various People function projects.
You will bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, Master's degree preferred
- 1-2 year of relevant experience, inclusive of experience as an HR intern
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume and fast-paced environment
- Strong time management and prioritization skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excel in teamwork and building strong partnerships to effectively collaborate with a high-performing People Team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel, and the ability to generate standard and custom reports
- Possess a strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Dedicated stakeholder and relationship management
- Exhibit a strong passion for learning and continuous personal and professional development
- Passionate about enhancing the employee experience
