Eridan is looking for a Recruiter Intern to support our hiring process. You'll manage job postings, screen applicants, schedule interviews, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. You'll also assist with employer branding and recruiting operations, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup. As our Recruiting Intern at Eridan you will:
Recruiting Operations & Candidate Management
- Ensure job postings are live and regularly refreshed across multiple platforms for visibility.
- Review and vet applicants in Greenhouse, scheduling recruiter screens or dispositioning candidates as needed.
- Coordinate and schedule all interviews, including hiring manager intakes, pre-briefs, and debriefs
- Update and maintain email templates in Greenhouse for seamless communication.
- Provide weekly reports to hiring managers on applicant trends and job posting traction, comparing with similar companies to assess market competitiveness.
- Greet onsite candidates, ensuring a positive interview experience.
- Communicate with candidates, providing updates and answering questions to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Employer Branding & HR Support
- Assist in refining Eridan's employer brand to attract top talent.
- Help coordinate and facilitate happy hours, team lunches, and engagement events.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on social media content related to hiring and employer branding.
- Create HR and marketing slide decks for internal and external use.
- Assist in documenting processes for NDAs, vendor onboarding, SOWs, and other HR and recruiting operational workflows to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Support additional administrative tasks and ad hoc HR projects as needed.
Required Qualities of a Successful Candidate
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Interest in recruiting, HR, and employer branding.
Preferred, Nice to Have Skills:
- Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS or similar applicant tracking systems.
- Experience in event coordination, marketing, or social media.
- Prior exposure to HR or recruiting functions.

This is an hourly position compensated at $25.00/hour for an estimated 10-20 hours per week.
