Position Overview
You will be designing hardware to enhance data center technology, aiming to deliver the best quality and power efficiency using cutting-edge serdes technology at the highest bit rates possible. Your responsibilities will span from hardware definition to design, from qualification to product release. You will be part of a team of experts in hardware design and collaborate closely with other teams and vendors during the development of the product, addressing and solving challenging problems throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Write hardware specifications and develop comprehensive test plans.
- Utilize Cadence / Allegro for schematic capture.
- Collaborate with ASIC teams for hardware bring-up.
- Debug hardware issues in the lab using analyzers and oscilloscopes.

The starting base salary for the selected candidate will be established based on their relevant skills, experience, qualifications, work location, market trends, and the compensation of employees in comparable roles.
The pay range for this role is :
210,000 - 275,000 USD per year (San Francisco Bay Area)
