The Marketing Campaigns Engineer, a key role with a dynamic and growing Marketing Technology team, is integral to designing, executing, and optimizing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud with a focus on remarketing and contact center campaigns. This individual will work closely with both IT and Marketing teams to ensure seamless operation, performance monitoring, and issue resolution of these integrated systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to analyze and optimize marketing data and processes. In particular, the candidate will have significant experience in Journey Builder, hands-on experience creating and managing email and SMS templates, conducting A/B testing and customer segmentation, and generating detailed campaign reports. This position is well-suited for a results-driven individual with a passion for leveraging the Marketing Cloud platform to enhance marketing performance and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and execute marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with a focus on Journey Builder automation.
- Create, test, and deploy email and SMS templates (partnering with Brand Marketing team).
- Optimize and execute marketing automation strategies through customer segmentation, robust testing protocols, and dynamic content.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and maintain system integrity across platforms.
- Collaborate with IT and marketing teams to ensure seamless operations and data flow.
- Analyze marketing data, develop dashboards, and provide insights to optimize campaigns.
- Work closely with a cross-functional team of marketers and technology specialists to align campaign configuration with business goals.
- Associate s or Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within marketing or IT environments.
- Strong experience in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem, including Journey Builder (Salesforce certifications preferred)
- Proficiency in creating email and SMS templates, including HTML and CSS knowledge.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting and A/B testing programs.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both Tech and Marketing stakeholders.
